Sally has a knack of removing traditional thinking patterns that I thought were solid, real and part of me as a person. I find they were just beliefs about me and the world. It gives me great freedom to just listen to the thoughts and not see them as reliable or that they are true in anyway.

We did some embodied dialogue together that helped me see life from other viewpoints. Its a bit like Family constellations crossed with Parts work and embodiment. Sally can speak from a body part, a person or an object energetically. It made total sense as I was part of this revelation. I came out of the session a different person.

“I suffered with bullimia for 30 years, I didn't know why and I didn't know how to stop it. Whenever I was triggered emotionally I would consume vast amounts of food to numb the feelings and the purging gave a release, l knew I needed help but didn't know who to turn to. You feel shame and embarrassment and I certainly didn't want this to show on my medical records.

I reached a very serious low in my life and knew I needed help as soon as possible. I'd had remote dealings with Sally in the past for other family issues and had experienced some great shifts in emotional perception.

My illness was out of control at this point, so I reached out and booked a 4 hour one to one session. I turned up with a strong intention and was ready to surrender and release everything to get better. We worked through my emotional triggers and discovered that my eating disorder stemmed from a childhood issue, we examined it and together released the emotional patterns and behaviours..

Four years later I am so happy to confirm that I am cured. I didn't know this when I left the session,  but just never had the urge to purge again. After 30 years of suffering, I was cured in four hours. It was life changing!”
