 A FREE 15-20 minute conversation on zoom is always available to see if I am someone you would like to work with. I work intuitively and flexibly, offering support in many ways.

 1:1 Sessions

 Sessions are available in person if you’re local to Colchester, Essex (UK). Or on zoom, video app or by email dialogue.

We can explore any subject or situation that’s calling for attention.

I charge £100 for an hours session.

Day Workshops

I co-host Awareness Days, Exploring Awakening and therapy days with my partner, Mark Shaw. We point towards more clarity and peace.

These are deep, nourishing days, 10am-5pm, that cost £150, for self-inquiry, and inner freedom.
